In our work together, we approach these parts with curiosity rather than judgment. As we begin to understand what they are trying to protect or manage, they often soften and shift. This can create more internal space, reduce burnout, and help people relate to themselves with greater compassion.

Healthy Happy Counseling blends the approach of Internal Family Systems with mindfulness and a warm, relational style. Sessions move at your pace—allowing time to explore your internal system and get to know your parts.
Equine Assisted Therapy uses meaningful interactions with horses to access emotions and parts of self that are difficult to reach in talk therapy alone. When combined with IFS, horses help clients notice internal states, build regulation, and practice compassionate leadership of their inner parts.
This approach complements our counseling services by offering experiential tools for grounding, self-awareness, and somatic regulation—especially helpful for clients who benefit from movement, sensory cues, and nonverbal feedback.

I'm a licensed therapist and social worker (LMSW) who supports adults, teens, and couples navigating life transitions, grief and loss, mood disorders, and burnout.
I bring a deep respect for neurodivergent ways of thinking and being into my work with ADHD and Autistic adults. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), I help clients understand the protective patterns that developed for good reasons and build on their inherent strengths to create a life aligned with their own values.
